Please, make the circumstances for the strays better....letting them live in the wet mud, without any decent place to sleep and to play that's harsh and a disgrace for living creatures like dogs, cats, rabbits and other animals! The shelter looks very dreary and dirty, no dry, safe place where the dogs can play and relax.....my heart is breaking, please do something about it; it's no good as it is now!
