Behoud Museumpark als Skatespot!
Update: op zoek naar een skatebare ondergrond!
Well, we're not even thinking of requesting a marble there. Let's the current surface just be there and put some manual pads in the middle part where holes appeared. I really like the way it looks now, it's a signature of colourful R'dam!
Also, this city needs places like that so people can really enjoy the open space and do something more active than just drinking a coffee on the bench!
If they want to put an anti-sliding surface, what about having just a pavement through the one side of this square only? Let people pass this square, and leave it for others to enjoy skateboarding, inline-skating, playing music, and having really good fun in the open space no matter if they are beginning or are advanced in their hobbies.

Volgens de gemeente te gevaarlijk omdat het te glad is en mensen erop uitglijden...

Zelfde argument als bij de verbouwing van het Schouwburgplein, daar geloof ik dat wel. Maar hier? Hoe kun je uitglijden op asfalt? Heeft iemand daar ervaring mee, op het Museumpark dus? Zijn er verhalen? Ik geloof er namelijk geen reet van.

Deze groep heeft het skatepark in dordrecht ontworpen. Blijft niet te lang nat als het heeft geregend alleen niet antislip. Maar misschien hebben ze een idee
