Change the new TB order policy back!

As a Driver from Thuisbezorgd in The Hague we've been through quite a lot of changes recently. Other Drivers have noticed it aswell and we fear it might not go the direction we want it to. A new policy is being implemented nationally and will effect every driver in The Netherlands. We feel as if complaints via the normal stations don't come trough or are not being listened to, so we set up a petition for this very case. If the policy has not been implemented in your city yet, then it will be soon.

Policy

Dispatchers can no longer reassign jobs according to location. it means that you can no longer ask the dispatcher if anyone is closer or if there is an other driver closer. We think that this policy will not benefit anyone since it means longer distances for the delivery drivers and longer waiting times for the customers. A dispatcher gave me the reason for the policy which was: Drivers kept asking for new jobs while they were only 2km away. If this truly is the only reason for this new policy then I can classify this as a drastic measure. I am sure that other options are to be considered aswell and that this change is a rather lazy way of resolving this problem.

Changing the policy dispatchers have for reassigning jobs is our main priority.
