Imagine, We 'the people from Belgium' lodge a petition titled : " please give us your signature for the transfer of Turkish prisoners  in Belgian prisons." I refer to people with the turkisch nationality, citizenship. NOT people with the Belgian nationality.What could possibly happen when people share this link with their facebookfriends? 

1) How many signatures do you think would be assembled, collected?

2) How long would it take according to you to achieve 100 000 signatures?

3) Who could possibly benefit from this action? What advantage do we ( the people from Belgium)  achieve?
